At a 4 yr College
Although the A+ Program is for Missouri, 2-year public community colleges and trade/Technical schools, some 4-year colleges offer smaller scholarships (ie$500+ scholarships) for A+ Program eligible graduates. A list of some of those opportunities may be found here.
If you are attending a 4-year Missouri institution that has an A+ scholarship opportunity available, you must check with that school to see if they require any separate paperwork/documentation to earn that award.
A+ Forms
- PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (online form): this need to be completed in order to officially be enrolled in the program. You can also request a hard copy from your school counselor
- A+ HOURS LOG SHEET (pdf) : you do not need to submit this form if you are earning hours by cadet teaching or enrolling in a "mentor" class
