Transcript Requests

Please allow at least 5 school days to process the transcript request

Students from the Class of 2025 will have transcripts sent by PSH

1. Complete the PSH FERPA Release of Information Form, if you haven't already done so. You only need to do this step ONCE during your high school career.

2) Complete the "Class of 2025 Official Transcript Request" Form. 

An email message will automatically be generated and delivered to Mrs. Leigh Klawiter, the PSH College and Career Coordinator for the 2025 - 26 school year. 

Mrs. Klawiter will send the official transcript to the institution for you through SchooLinks. 

NOTE -  AFTER June 1, 2026, members of the Class of 2025 will need to contact Parkway's Records department to process transcript requests. 

Students from the Class of 2024 or earlier must request records, including Official Transcripts, through the Parkway Student Records Department

AP exam scores may be used by colleges/universities for credit or placement into appropriate level classes.

PSH does NOT send an official AP Score Reports. Instead you will need to request a report directly from College Board (the company that is in charge of AP exam program).

"Dual Enrollment" means you took a college class on a college campus, taught by a college professor—while you were still a student at PSH.

If you took a class this way, you’ll need to contact the college where you took the class to get an official transcript that shows your college credit. This is what you’ll send to the college you plan to attend after high school.
